Dry red wine made from a blend of Chambourcin (French-American hybrid) and Cynthiana/Norton (native American) grapes. Both varieties grow well in the Yadkin Valley and, when blended, produce a rich red dry wine with a fruity, nutty taste. Wonderful with red meats, cheeses and dark chocolates. Winner of 1st Place Ribbon at 2009 NC State Fair. Alcohol: 12.5%.
White table wine from Traminette (French-American hybrid) grapes, with distinct Gewurztraminer (parent) characteristics, including peppery aroma and flavor. Goes especially well with seafood and Thai food! Winner of Gold Medal at 2010 Budbreak Festival!
