Chambourcin

  Dry red wine made from Chambourcin (French-American hybrid) grapes, which grow well in the Yadkin Valley and produce excellent red wines, rich in color and tannins. Is the preferred red wine by many non-red-wine drinkers as is somewhat milder than many red wines.  Excellent with red meats and cheeses.
